零食物語(七)

早前去過新蒲崗一田超級市場,適逢是大減價,因此在下與女友前往看看有否心水零食。其實早前已相約女友一同前往,可是女友卻希望可以等到大減價才去呢! 星期六的黃昏,特別多人,咱們要在地面層行過一圈,而且已經訂下了目標,待咱們吃過晚飯後,就前往目標掃貨。終於吃過晚飯,時間已來到八時多九時了。 這一款黃色盒子,只有一款味道,可是咱們把它拆開,裝滿了兩種口味,一款是芝士味甚重的蛋卷,另一款是芝士沒有那麼重。綠色那款比較甜一點,芝士味不濃,但黃色那款就甚多芝士味。 另外還有魚肉腸和芝士味魚肉腸,都是在下喜歡吃的零食之一,不過尚有芝士未食呢! 其實仲有兩大包薯片,但沒有為它們拍照,下次再食時,才介紹吧!

Only for Lunch

Every time I go this place that cause of many restaurants after my working.  Today in lunch time, I don't think a lot and save the time, and I am not finding other restaurant. Fook Chun Bo  is near to and convenient to get MTR. This is a classically cha kee that I didn't talk about the environment.   From the menu, it is too many food to choose. Set lunch, noodles and curry that is provided. Although there are many things to choose, I would like to order a set lunch. Because I can leave quicky while I finished the  lunch.     Borsch  is in HK style. Its spicy and too much of vegetable. It's not too much oil. Although it is very coomon, I would like more vegetable.   Pork Chop Rice with Peach sauce  was the main course of set lunch. But the peach was little and not enough. I would like bigger one that I ate it with texture of food. Pork chop were soft. The saurce had no any peach taste, so I was not like it.   Iced Milk T

Sandwich or Pasta?

Every-time  I go to New Town Plaza, Shatin, that means I have finished working in morning time and I should have my lunch.  But when I arrived here, I didn't know what I could eat. Oliver's Super Sandwich  is a restaurant that I always watch every-time. But every-time I never gone there for my lunch before. So, I went to there once today. On the wall menu, told me what I can choose. There have baked potatoes, pasta and sandwich. Last time I ate baked potato but that time I didn't enough, so this time I might order another food. I ordered a  Snow Crab strick, clams, Seafood linguine in French Style Lobster Sauce . The crab likes Japanese crab strick that to make sushi and the clams were good. The lobster sauce was not too strong in lobster and I felt it was very soft taste. The linguine was soft and hot and I like it. Iced Milk Tea  was a normally drink.  It had

說起茶餐廳,是在下經常到的食店,尤其平日上班要出街工作,遇上時間緊迫的話,莫說茶記,快餐店都嫌慢,但是倘若正正常常一小時食晏的話,西餐可能不夠時間,茶餐廳呢就時間啱碋好。 早前收一間茶餐廳的邀請來試食,心想不是嗎?茶餐廳也有試食?就不如試試看。一般茶餐廳來說,只是供應常餐,快餐,午餐,早餐等,亦有提供燒臘或煲仔飯或小菜。今晚來到荃灣的 米飯班煮 ,雖然與一般茶餐廳無異,但是卻又提供了不少選擇。 米飯班煮分為地下及一樓,來到的時候由於樓上一樓還未開放,仍在裝修,因此未能上圦看看。在地面樓層,多以六人卡座為主,說實在的,六人座位也許較大吧! 打開餐牌,除了一般茶記提供的食物外,還不乏發現有一些英式的食物,例如炸魚薯條,仿英式的全日早餐不等,還有豬仔包和熱狗。然而早午市時間提供茶記食物,但是到了晚上卻以小炒為主,就如一間餐廳小廚般運作。說實在的,日間行經並不知道晚上有小菜,還以為純粹是一間茶記居多的餐廳呢,真的估不到。 忌廉溝鮮奶 還記得這款飲品嗎?這是上世紀七八十年代的飲品,遠古的飲品,今天仍然尚存。牛奶佔了杯子三分一,然後把忌廉倒在杯裡,喝一口有著牛奶的香濃而嫰滑,亦有忌廉的汔水甜味。 炸魚薯條 是英國傳統食品。在茶餐券也可吃到。魚塊幼滑而細膩,炸粉也夠薄。薯條如果炸得不脆,就不如不吃,幸好這薯條得夠脆口,內裡也是軟綿綿的。把炸魚和薯條蘸上沙律醬,卻又變得酸酸的,酸得來也是香口。 招牌桶骨大白菜 (八十個大洋) 這是一道湯水,用一個大木桶盛載白菜和排骨,也用上湯浸著。大白菜爽口而鮮甜,排骨也非常的腍。湯底經過大白菜和排骨的浸淫,也變得清甜可口。 地踎小炒王 (七十五個大洋) 小炒王採用朋菲菜,腰果,蝦乾等材料,把材料不停兜亂炒過,吃起來卻又夠鑊氣,香味十足,加上蝦乾,根本就是很惹味的一道小炒。 椒鹽骰仔黃金豆腐 (六十五個大洋) 以椒鹽煮肉類及瀨尿蝦就吃得多,不過椒鹽豆腐就少吃吧。椒鹽不嬲是若味和香口的,今趟放在豆腐

簡約午餐

來到銅鑼灣,本想吃個午飯,但只有大半個小時吃飯,唯有選擇一個粉麵。約定女友在時代廣場等候,也不想走得老遠,還是在附近好了。 在下也曾說過,接觸 南記粉麵 ,是因為女友,後來去過不同分店,都是為了她的名物,除了小鍋米線外,還有其他粉麵。 點了雙併,春卷和貢丸,但是又多點了墨魚丸,配上河粉。春卷始終如一,腐皮加上魚肉,煙靭加有咬口,貢丸也頗大粒,有點爽口也有咬口,墨魚雪白而結實,同樣有咬口。 豆漿有點豆味,不粉而有豆香,丮膠杯盛載,也方便携帶。 一碗粉麵,已經飽肚,乎復何求? 餐廳名稱:南記粉麵(銅鑼灣) 用餐日期:2014-05-25 是次消費:$40(午餐) 餐廳地址:香港銅鑼灣波斯富街106號
